The main thing to upgrade here is the ram. The first thing you should upgrade is the ram. 2gb is not enough to play games now, 4gb is the bare minimum i would run, a lot of people run 8gb and that is required now for most new games, so i would recommend upgrade your ram before anything else.

It could be your ping. If you play are from the us and play on an aus server, you will get over 200 ping so you will experience lag. In blacklight the latency lag is pretty bad unlike other games. When you next play check your ping. Hope this helps

You need atleast a dedicated GPU to atleast run the game. Planetside is a heavily CPU based game so you are gonna need an i5 - i7 CPU to run the game. Hope this helps.

What case? If you want your CPU ice cold, then get a bigger Rad, that will help keep it cooler, get maybe a 360mm or a 480mm rad if the case permits it.
