Do you know how I can get rid of all the stuff in the drive cause when I go to storage it says it’s applications but the largest amount it shows is like 50 mbs

I have an i5-3550 and when im playing games, its always bottlenecking. My friend has a worse cpu and worse card and he can run fortnite at 4k all ultra smoothly while i can only run 1440p at high settings and its still choppy. If theres a way to troubleshoot, Id love the help.
