    which power supply

The minimum system power requirement for that GPU is 300W. Unless you intend on SLI/over-clocking in the future, I'd recommend going with any of the following: XFX TS 550W 80 Plus Gold certified Power Supply Unit Seasonic S12-II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Wired Power Supply

    Psu for my gt 620

I think your PSU is the issue. It's a cheap, low quality one. I'd definitely recommend upgrading to one of the following: XFX TS Series 430 W Full Wired Power Supply Unit (cheapest) Seasonic S12-II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Wired Power Supply EVGA Supernova 550 W Gs Gold 80+ Modular Power Supply...

Which Power Supply should I go with?

450W is the minimum power requirement. I wouldn't recommend that as you always want to keep some power in the tank. Here are my recommendations: XFX TS 550w Full Wired 80+ Bronze Power Supply Seasonic S12II 520 BRONZE, SS-520GB The seasonic is the cheaper of the two and slightly above your...

Different sized RAM? Dont have knowledge about single-dual chanel things.

what is the make and model of your PC? Also mixing RAM sticks from different manufacturers with differing frequencies (e.g. 1600MHz) is always a bad idea since getting them to play nice is a gamble. If you want to upgrade your RAM, I'd recommend getting a new kit of 2x4GB or 2x8GB depending on...

    Can i run 2400 bus ddr4 ram on 2133 ddr4 mobo???

The 6500 is marginally better but there won't be a noticeable performance difference. With a slight overclock of your memory controller and DIMMs it may be possible to reach 2400

    Asus g74sx RAM question

Never mix two different kits of RAM as it can lead to all sorts of issues. Best to only use RAM from the same kit. So my recommendation is, buy a set of 2x4GB or 2x8GB.

Does the Gigabyte GA-H97-HD3 Motherboard Support Kingston HyperX Savage 1866 or 1600

Your motherboard will support both, bear in mind if run at stock settings that RAM will run at 1600 but enabling XMP/overclocking it will enable you to run it at 1866. What are the rest of your specs?

    System Error 41 HELP!!

Okay sounds like an intermittent power issue. So your PSU is the cause of your issue, it's a low quality and I highly recommend upgrading to a PSU from Seasonic or XFX.

    Ram question: 5GB is enough?

Depends on what you are using your PC for. But moving from 5 to 8GB will show some performance difference but it won't be massively significant.

While the motherboard you have chosen will work fine, my recommendations are: ASUS Z97-A OR MSI Z97 Gaming 5

    Chipset - CPU Conformity

It does not make a problem. To determine compatibility you need to look at the socket type supported by the motherboard and the socket type of the CPU, both of which are 1150 so they will work together.

    gtx960 SLI or gtx970

To be honest the difference in performance between the 960 SLI and 970 is not that great. I'd recommend a single 970/980 because: 1) Less heat production 2) Less power consumption 3) More VRAM 4) Avoid SLI compatibility issues and sometimes SLI can be really buggy 5) Not all games are optimised...
