It's when I unplug the pc and then physically move it. If I move it while plugged in it is fine. I don't see how the battery would the the PC booting, usually this just resets the bios back to it's default setting. I will try it anyway. Thanks

I am going to try a few other things first, like i have pdu extension leads in so will remove those, change mains lead and socket and run some stress tests. I could roll back windows 10 as this has only been happening for a few weeks and pc has been running fine for last year.
