Has your GTX 260 been freezing your PC up a lot? I think the last few drivers have been conflicting with Win 7.

I don't understand the concept of the rails... The GTX 260 needs 36A on the +12V rail. If a PSU has +12V1 = 17A, +12V2 = 16A, does that mean it is 33A rated?
