Hi mate, Replaced the battery as it probably needed a new one anyway, actually found out why it won't boot through... It doesn't register my mouse for some reason, I've got a steel series rival and when I unplug it after being stuck on the BIOS setup screen, it boots through fine.. very weird...

Never replaced the battery , didn't even know it had one haha.. I'll look into it and get it replaced, thanks for the help man

I have an Asus Maximus VII Hero, so fairly old, have had the system for around 6 years... I just shut it down and leave it on standby I guess, I don't flick the switch or turn off at the mains

Hi all, As the title says, my computer will occasionally require a restart to get past the Bios screen where it says press F2 or DEL to enter Bios. I usually encounter this every other day when I haven't been on my pc for a while, it will require me to restart to get past the screen? Not sure...

Is the RTX better than the GTX? I've set a budget of about 750 for upgrades, do you think upgrading the CPU as well will be better or just leave it be? What are your thoughts on upgrading the ram from ddr3 1600 to something higher as well? 750 british pound* Thanks for the comment

Just played Mad Max and the computer shut off after 2 minutes of playing, temperatures of the CPU was at 55 degrees and the GPU was at 66 degrees. The shut down happens with other games randomly (COuld be 30 mins of playing or after 3 hours) but is there a way to investigate why the Mad Max game...

Just ran a memtest for 2 passes and no errors were found, RAM appears to be completely fine. Does anyone know that is reading of a way to test if my motherboard is faulty? AO displays on it at all times suggesting it's working fine but maybe it fails to process something and turns off instant...
