What is your budget exactly?

Ok so now that I think about it, more people will probably vote for number 3 because it is the most expensive. So, if any one is up for it, I will also like to know which is the best, for the best price, for numbers 1 2, and 4?

Yes my favorite games are BF4, DayZ, PS2, and I am preordering Far Cry 4, and want to have a good PC to run that game along with other games for when I get my hands on it in November. My Budget is about $700 to $950. So Ive asked a lot people about buying PCs, and everyone tells me different...

Very nice, but Im not so sure about the MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB Card, I know it is probably a good card, but Ive been more focused on the GTX series, what card from the GTX series could replace that?

o_O Whoah... Well in my mind anything at $1000 can run any thing fine, sooo Im not really sure about a $4000 build. But I bet your getting a good deal, its just if I were you I wouldn't buy something that is so much. And my PC's last around 5-6 years.
