A few days ago I was playing Rainbow six siege. Everything was running fine, but I got off for a couple hours and every game I play has really low fps and even my computers selection tool on my desktop gets laggy if I make the box to big, and stuff is running slower than normal. Examples...

I am about to change my motherboard, I need to know how to clean install windows 10 after this change without the windows disk. I wan't to know if I could buy windows online and put it on a flash drive or something along those lines.
