it should be fine, though GTA 5 wont be very forgiving with that CPU. i suggest playing that game with graphics set to medium with some on high while you disable some CPU bound settings like population variety...etc. i haven't played that game yet
are you using the geforce driver version 375.xx? that driver is known to cause problems. im no expert but i suggest you install an older driver or see if there is a newer fixed driver available on nvidia's site.
