If it were just Assassins Creed and Mass Effect I might say the problems are the software, not the hardware. Witcher 3 is pretty well optimized. 56 FPS isn't bad though.

Worth taking a look

I really wish I could turn off Cortana after the anniversary update. Other than that it seems fine. Kind of wish I had an Ubuntu VM or something when I want to use it though.
