I am running at 1440p with a 144hz Freesync monitor. Its probably pushing the GPU but it should be well within its limits to deliver that in alot of games if not on Ultra then on high.

Cheers for the feedback. From what I can tell, the Superflower in question is of good build quality. Is it sufficient as 450W or would I need a stronger one to keep everything running. I used a online calculator to check Watts needed and it came up with between 380 and 400 W. Cheers
