Ok i think i will pick the MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G with EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GS 80 Plus PSU, Will this be ok?

I can understand that if i picked the Sapphire R9 280x , I can play games at a higher lever or graphics than GTX 970 or R9 290 due to the bottleneck that happens with my other specs?

I am getting great answers till now, but can anyone suggest me how to choose the GPU?? I mean which one will be better: XFX , Gigabyte , Sapphire, EVGA, Asus of the 4 cards? please answer with a link from amazon to buy using it.

My Case is long and big enough to add a long GPU with no problem. Also i am going to change my PSU to be compatible with the new GPU, the most important thing none of them will bottleneck with my other specs?
