The easiest thing would be to call your warranty providers and have them take a look at your card. Use integrated graphics while they do this.

:D After replacing the thermal paste and cpu fan, the cpu seems to work perfectly. It seemed to be a mixture of a lack of thermal paste and the previous fan was unusually slow. But now... I noticed my ram actually seems to be an issue. Fortunately, I believe I know what the problem is.

After connecting all my parts, I attempted to boot into bios. The manufacturer of my motherboard listed the keys "ctr-alt-delete" On pressing these keys, I would hear what I believe is my cpu fan ramp up and a few other noises then it would have sort of a sad dieing noise. P.S. Other than...
