    Its a recent build, just didnt bother buying another cooler and dont want to either. New paste, barely any dust, and i have 2 fans blowing air out (PSU and 120mm rear one) and 1 pulling air in from the bottom front. Lots of ventilation hole things too.

    Weird. You sure you had an os there? If there isnt major data to keep, reinstall os to the SSD using a flash drive.

    Yes, it is, but making your desk shake? Way to high. It should be a quiet whir. Does you CPU get hot? Or is it at 100% often?

    Once you boot into Safe Mode, you should be able to run diagnostic tools like system restore and such.

    When the PC goes past post, start tapping F8 like crazy. Before the windows logo and all! and then a menu with some options should come. Select Safe Mode.

    True that. My PC is in general a lot slower. But for some PC's it doesn't make a HUGE difference. Like putting in a ssd in like a PC with a Pentium III wont do much good.
