All the while I was able to save my excel file in network drive but yesterday when I tried to save it,prompt me " memory full" however my other colleagues are able to save it with no problem. I tried to re-mapped and it keeps saying " memory full". Can somebody advise me, how to solve this issue?

My desktop keeps restarting itself at the windows page. I have do a chkdsk scan but still cant solve this problem....can anyone advise me what should I do?
