yes...it will drop as two dual channel memory technology will downclock the RAM to 1333 MHz. If you want to keep 1600 MHz keep two RAM of same brand and same speed.

FX 6300 is the best CPU for gaming and browsing....although browsing also depends upon your integrated GPU,so try to choose motherboard with Radeon HD 4200 onboard graphics which is Directx 10.1,so if u don't have dedicated GPU,u can go with integrated GPU.......
