To me windows 7 is much better

My cpu temperature when im not doing anything is 67,0 *C but when i start playing some games temperature increases to 94 *C is that normal or should i reapply my thermal paste

I have a broadbrand internet my internet is not a problem,and i installed windows 7 jesterday.
