Hello crasherT, Are you using Microsoft Security Essentials on your system? I am experiencing a similar issue and it looks to be tied to Windows Defender. I initially lost functionality on a Windows 7 system after a Security Intelligence update. Now it has occurred on a Windows 10 system (22H2).
