It's been solved the hard drive was bad and my psu 4pin auxiliary power got melted/welded to the mobo talk about bad luck

The Motherboard is a asus alive -vsta the cpu is amd there was 2-3 gb of ram. I have tried my hard drive with numerous power supply's that I know absolutely work and they power up the mother board just fine but the hard drive will only power up with the faulty psu
