Well, a 170w PSU isn't ideal, i have a 1650 Super and it consumes a lot of watts, so i would recommend getting a more powerful psu so you have more headroom, but i don't think it'll cause any issues.

Hey, so i've been getting 30% usage on my CPU and my GPU, a MSI 1650 Super is at 100%, i often get a lot of stuttering in heavy games like theHunter, is it bottlenecking and if so how can i fix it? Or should i upgrade to a better GPU? Specs: Ryzen 5 2600X, GTX 1650S, 2x8 2400MHz.

I would never recommend cheaping out on a PSU, never ever should you, also i would recommend to go with B450, much better. Ram is too slow for a 2600, i myself did that mistake on my 2600x and that's a thing you should avoid.

Uhhh, there is no cpu named the i3 m830, im sure you mean the i3 380? The i5 520m is the better one since it has a bit better integrated graphics and is an i5 and not an i3 and it has a tad bit better memory etc.

DDR3 1600Mhz is not that great either.

An fx 4300 is not that great and a gtx 1050 2gb is not good either, so i suspect it's your components, they're old and outdated, even my old 680 2gb performs better than a 1050 ti.

Hmmm, have you tried getting an outside audio port and using that instead of the one which doesn't work?

I would think about 175-200 Euro for it to sell, any higher than 200 is basically no go. Also what games/apps are you planning on using, and budget.

An EVGA 450 BT is not the best psu, also the requiered minimum amount of Watt on the 580 is 500 so that PSU could be the cause, personally i would recommend a Seasonic Focus GX 650w or a Corsair CX 550w.

If it's not working properly, that's a no no, and given that you can't seem to get a stable 5Ghz, i would call it quits and RMA it.
