I've done it all and still not working

A couple hours ago I updated my bios because i was experiencing blue screens and bios was the last possible cause. Before updating it when i pressed the on button my keyboard and mouse lighted up and the screen displayed asrock, then windows would come up. After updating, all fans are spinning...
