Thank you for the heads up. It slipped my mind that the headers on the motherboard, even though they are 4 pin, will accept 3 pin fans.

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro Fans are plugged in where they should be (to my knowledge). Aftermarket CPU fan turns on and runs flawlessly. Went into my ASUS UEIF BIOS and checked out the fan setting. Found that Cha1 and Cha2 are showing up as "N/A" while the CPU fan is showing a smooth 600 rpm...
