When you buy a brand new PSU you get at least 2 years warranty or even more, the same goes for your mainboard. If something is wrong with your Pc components you can send them back if buy them from Amazon for example.

I suggest you buy an i7 7600k or a 7700k. With an i7 you will definitely see a lot of FPS increase.
