How do I go about fixing this (rather illiterate with these kinds of things)? It seems way more stable changing the Auto value of the voltage in bios to 1.25.

Yup, fresh windows, flashed bios, ran memtest, relentlessly went through the event log, it showed nothing. The only abnormality was the fluctuation in the cpu voltage. Or the only thing I saw
