Well I can't access those settings in Windows 10 because booting into it will make the screen go blank. I tested the SSD in another PC, and it boots fine. I also tried booting to a bootable OS on a disc that works fine on other PCs, but black screens after selecting the OS I want to boot.

By Radeon settings do you mean by loading into Windows 10 in safe mode, and checking through there?
