if you are going tot OC, i would even suggest for you to replace the AMD 3800+ X2 with an Opteron 165, its about $30 more on newegg, but u get 2x 1mb L2 cache and it OC like a mofo

ive got one as well, have my cpu OC 200mhz higher, with plans to go more, and its fine, but yea if ur going to do serious OC, pick a DFI

i have a KN8 Ultra and i havnt had any problems with it, but now i think of it, i wish i would have gotten a DFI mobo instead for OC reasons, the KN8 does a good job OC, but the DFI (of course) does it better
