I dont know that site. Your gpu should be your bottleneck. Something has to be it. A 2600 and rx580 are a good pair.

Run a benchmark test. Userbenchmark.com might not be the best. But it's at least ok and only takes a couple minutes. It will compare your 1070ti to others.
