What browser are you using? Have you tried to see if it works in another browser? Have you tried deleting cache and cookies? recheck all your cables to make sure everything is hooked properly.

If your motherboard has some type of video output. Such as DVI / Vga / maybe HDMI then you will be able to set up your computer without the graphics card. That would be fine.

Might sound silly, but have your tried to take the drive back out to see if it will boot on its own. If it boots without the new hard drive in it your motherboard is fine. There could be a few different reasons that the computer isnt booting with the second hard drive in.
