    So the full reset didn't work. I'm out of ideas so I'm going to start RMAing stuff. Think Im going to start with the motherboard first since the problem is with both my GPU AND CPU.

    Yea when I built the PC I did a fresh install from USB. I believe the guy also installed off of USB. BTW concerning the 3DMark test I ran earlier, Fire strike seems to be the better version to run. Running it with nothing OCed I get a Graphics and Physics score about 4000 under what they should...

    What Ill try doing this weekend is formatting my drives and doing a fresh Windows install. Someone on reddit had a similar problem and a fresh Windows install worked for him Otherwise I need to isolate the problem and send the part back

    Ive been monitoring Ryzen Master while ive been playing D2, only thing that I notice is that the EDC is reaching into the mid 80 - low 90 percentages. Not sure if thats normal or not

    No, I was just advised against using realbench by a friend of mine. According to him RealBench is known to mess with the results of AMD processors. Could be wrong but I'm trying everything

    My GPU drivers are the most recent NVIDIA drivers (Ver 441.87, released on 1/6/2020) The RAM is in the correct slots My power plan is currently on "High performance" Ive tinkered a little bit with the settings in the Nvidia control panel to optimize the game. No resolution scaling.

    Quick Update, bought and downloaded 3DMark since I'm told Real bench messes with AMD processors. This was my result. At this time, 3dMark's website appears to be down so I'm unable to compare this score.
