It seems so, yeah. What bothers me the most is that I've managed to fix this before. It worked for a while, then it started going crazy again. I just can't remember the setting i used.

Unfortunately, I can't remember. It was a few years ago. Although, Speccy shows only on one stick Manufacturer: Samsung. For the rest of the three says Unknown.

Yes, tried to reset BIOS, no dice. "with all the memory physically installed," I didn't understand this? Are some people updating BIOS without RAM? I've never done that.

So, after messing around, I figured out what it is, I think. Tried reinstalling AMD Adrenaline, because I found it can mess with Wi-Fi adapters. It didn't help. BUT, I found that WLANSVC can cause some problems, and following that clue, found that when problems begin, I just need to restart...

Tried narrowing down channel, and this came up. Mine is Midgard2 network, but there is this Hidden SSID network which duplicates mine, could that be the problem?

It doesn't have to be RGB, to be honest, blue will do the trick, since that is the theme of the PC (GPU has blue LED fans already). As for the budget, I'd say about $100 for both the case and the fans.
