Your system seems good enough for me to run Davinci Resolve 17 and edit the videos. If the videos you are currently working on are too big in size, you should cut these videos in half and then try to edit them. Hopefully this will make your system run Davinci Resolve 17 and edit the videos faster.

It seems you have some issue in your motherboard. You should take your laptop to an expert before it get worse.

Your laptop needs to be cleaned up. I also had a similar issue and after cleaning the laptop totally, the problem went away.
