This line of capacitors are short circuited, all capacitors one by one is bad. Anyone know where i can find these capacitors? the code is 5kw04 820

Update : I found that the ground on gpu has contact with one line of capacitors both - & +. This means that there is a short circuit right?

Its out from warranty :( Recently i saw that my PSU has not OCP and SCP protection, so probably that was the reason. Now i must focus in the most often electronic parts in gpu to check for short circuit. But where to focus, there are many of them..
