I wouldn't even bother, the highest CPU it can support is a pentium 4, very low amount of ram etc. It wouldn't even be worth it.

Semi modular in most cases is better/easier cable management, but that can be argued.

Depends on the hard drive; some have there own way of checking others (usually cheaper ones)dont. I'd recommend a separate application. EDIT: if you do find that the hdd has a bad "sector" replace the drive as it will help you in the long run

Personally I'd get the full modular. But in this case the semi has 80+ gold which you may want if you leave your computer on all day or use it a lot. Although the full would be better for upgrades, additions and customizations It's really up to you.

I'm not sure what you're asking? are you trying to mix parts together to make one computer or are you trying to hook them all together to run as one?
