Fans are clean and running well

when i plugged in charger without any other application opened, MSI after burner shows GPU: 300Mhz Mem: 6000Mhz temp: 85-92 c But when i unplug charger its quite fine. GPU: 1455mhz Mem: 810mhz temp 55-65 c I tried uninstalling driver switching os too, but nothing worked for me.
