I tested the monitor and HDMI cable by connecting it to another PC and it detects the signal. So is it the GPU? because I checked the wiring and don't see anything wrong.

So I just finished building my first pc ever and was very proud that when I turned it on and all the fans and LEDs worked. But then I went and plugged the HDMI cord into my graphics card and into the monitor and all my monitor said was blue & no signal found or something.I have a VGA cable but...
