Do I need to get stereo speaker cords and connect them to the wall plugs then just plug them into receiver? These cords don’t already exist? So order the item you mentioned plus standard stereo cable then put the banana plugs on them? Just surprised this isn’t a thing that can just be bought I guess

I just bought a new home and had them install built in surround plus two stereo speakers. I have no idea how to connect to the panel in this picture. I bought a 4khdr receiver but don’t know what to do with this pic or how to connect.. Please help!
