When i run aida 64 the gpu usage goes from 100% to 0% constantly. and in stuff like heaven benchmark I get a stutter where it drops from 90 frames to 10. what is this as its only in aida it shows the on off stuff but in games you feel the stutter every so often. rest of the pc is i5 3470 8gb...

which is better, at the time they were similar once overclocked but with time comes driver improvements, so which is winning not or still a dead ish heat?
