this maybe happen cuz RAM Card Corruption , this same thing happend to me i replaced the ram card it fixed ( i am not sure that this is the exact issue);)

Hi, I have Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 its like 10 Years old PC and recently i didn't use the PC so today i Switched on the PC all works fine and after that like 5 mins Later my screen at once went to sleep and mouse didn't respond at all All i saw was no Signal but my CPU was still turned on.
