The gtx 1070 was advertised as a 8GB VRAM card, but in Speccy and Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility only show the card as 4GB. As well as the fact how there was a minimal improvement from my old 4GB 960. Does any one know where the other 4GB of the card went, display issue or manufacturing issue...

So I updated to windows 10 and I get the error WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. So I downgrade back down to windows 7, and then my graphics card drives or not able to install because windows is out of date. and now I can't go back to windows 10.
