    $150 graphics card upgrade or

Wait for sales or used GPUs in the next few weeks. You might be able to get a lot more GPU power for your $$$. The 950 is not bad. Like ^^^ said those others are hot, loud and power hungry.

Should I invest in a new video card? or processor? or both?

I am sure the 900 series of nVidia cards will plummet in price in a few weeks. And there will be A LOT of them up for sale on ebay and forums when the new GPUs come out. I plan on selling my 980s soon. Also, that CPU is getting kinda old. Same with the platform. I know a new CPU/MB/RAM combo...

    Gaming Build Upgrade Suggestions

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B012NOWERC/?tag=pcpapi-20 Pretty good bump in performance and you can keep your PSU. I would say get an ssd but the GPU upgrade would be the most noticeable in gaming.

    rigid tube question

Does anyone know of a tutorial for rigid tube install for a custom loop. All I can find is bending vids. Bending is easy, I don't know why there are a hundred videos on it. I need to know where to mark the tube to start the bend and where to cut. Something more than just heating a tube and...

Problems about Case vs Water cooler

1: No, 2 120mm and a 240mm radiator will not fit without modifications to the case. Also there may be problems of the hoses from the AIOs reaching the radiator area of the case; it is quite far away from the board. Also, there would be SIX hoses (2 for each AIO) going across the case which would...

What do you think of this system?

Go Intel. AMD is so outclassed in every aspect today. 8 core or not a bottom-of-the-line i7 would crush it. And use less power and produce less heat. I know people like "brand loyalty" but a superior product is a superior product. As far as a second GPU goes, the Strix is pretty good at...

    Add a 2nd SSD for RAID 0

Thanks for the reply. I know the risks involved with RAID 0. I have done it on my last three builds with no problems at all (using the motherboard RAID controller). I have a HHD to do full back-up every day. I just have always had two new drives when I started, so this is a bit different for me.

    Add a 2nd SSD for RAID 0

So I am running out of room on my 256 GB SSD (I have like 30 GB left on it. OS/Games/Programs). I bought an identical SSD. My question is: can I just pop the new one in and set it to RAID 0 to double my capacity or do I have to wipe the used one and start from scratch?

    Gaming PC tips

The mobo has a $40 mail in rebate that is not calculated in the price. But having built-in wifi is a huge plus and the expandability plus overclocking on that mobo is worth it in my opinion. A top-of-the-line mobo for $150 is a pretty good deal.
