    CPU for AMD r9 290x

It all depends on your budget and what games you'll be playing. An R9 290X is a high end card and would pair nicely with an i7 4770k or higher. Even a 4670k would do just as well unless the games you'll be running are written to use hyperthreading.

amd fx cpus and skyrim dont get along so i heard? ):

I'm sure that even an FX-4300 would kill Skyrim. It has very low requirements compared to other comparable games. The FX-6300 is plenty of power and with a decent GPU you should max it out no problem. The 4670k would be more suitable for games such as Battlefield 4 or Watch Dogs, which are...

i need an Air Cooler for i7 4770k

If you really don't want to go liquid cooling, try a Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212. Those are one of the most recommended air coolers.

Glad to hear it was that easy! Enjoy the SSD!

How much power do i need?

If you won't be expanding on that build I'd go with something around 500w-600w. The Corsair VS series is very cheap but you could always go for the CX or CS series depending on how efficient and reliable you expect your build to be.

My desktops wifi is slower than any other device in the house

First, what's your Operating System? Second, what is the model of the Wireless NIC you purchased and how far from your Wireless Access Point is it?

    cmos reset on this motherboard

What was the original problem that made you want to reset it?

will r9 270 overclocked run games now and then smoothly? (more than 30 fps)

That CPU should be fine even up to an R9 290x. I'd definitely wait a little to save for a 280. You'll run both of those on maximum settings.

Gtx 760 sli on 650w PSU

That'll barely cut it. I can see problems if you were to try overclocking just the slightest. To be safe I'd get a 750w, but if price doesn't bother you much an 850w would be safest. EDIT: I notice you have an FX 8350 with a H100i. This means that you probably overclocked your CPU. The...

    fx-8320 & (2) GTX 760 -> 4790K & (1) GTX760

A 4790k would be a very good upgrade, but I doubt that the GTX 760 would keep up with it. What games would you be playing? I can imagine that if you'd need to overclock a cheaper processor in order to get a better GPU there would be heat issues due to you wanting more portability with a mITX case.

I have an SSD. Now what?

Yes. If you use steam you should be able to create symbolic links to your HDD so that you can still play your games while your steam installation is on the SSD. RAID 0 will try using the speed of both drives, but they'll have to operate at the same speed. If you take the time to manage the...

how much longer will a i7 3770 last me?

It'll last a good while. You wouldn't have to upgrade for another three to four years or so unless you want to overclock or always have the top of the line processor, in the latter case you'd be buying a new one once every year or two.

    cmos reset on this motherboard

Correct. The second picture has the two sets of tabs. The one labeled JCMOS2 has two tabs which must be shorted.

I have an SSD. Now what?

If you want to have a faster boot time, then yes, you should use it for your OS. If you'll be gaming, then you could put your most played games on it and put the rest on the HDD. If you use RAID with a SSD and a HDD, you will not see a performance boost, and the SSD will actually step down to...

    Which RAM is better?

The first module has faster timing but you will hardly be able to tell a difference between the two. At this point all I would do is go over reviews and see if there are any compatibility issues with your laptop (or Mini ITX board; some use SO-DIMMs) and the memory modules you listed. If...
