Do your computer a huge favor and get a quality PSU, such as Antec TruePower New or Seasonic. Apevia is complete crap. Looks OK otherwise, if you can wait a bit then get Sandy Bridge when the mobos are re-released.

Since you're not OCing you don't need the Arctic Silver. The HSF will come with it's own. That PSU is way more than you need. I'd recommend Antec TruePower New 550W or Seasonic M12II 520W. I'm afraid I haven't really kept up with AMD mobos, so that part I'm not sure about.

If you're serious about 2 GPUs, you may want to up the PSU to 750W (or at least one with 4 PCIe connectors).

Yes, the R2Gene is mATX. But that does not matter for the large video card, it's the size of the case that does. At your resolution a 5850 should be more than enough.
