Should be fine - all your MB needs in terms of power is a 24pin ATX cable and a 4pin 12V ATX cable, both of which your PSU has. Oh, and imo, CoolerMaster PSUs are generally reliable

AMD Radeon R9 270X, or nVidia GeForce GTX 760. The 270X has a better price/performance ratio, but the 760 is a faster card
