Hi I updated my bios drivers now its booting up w(with all the 4 ram sticks in it) but the 2 new one are not showing up on windows or CPU-Z. maybe you have any idea?

I just add 2x 8GB off the same ram to my computer, the computer starts, everything goes on but I still have a black screen. Anyone that can help me out ? Thank you (side note cant get into the bios Also yes im 100% sure i added the exact same ram And my GPU motherbowrd and CPU still turn on...

Videocard: Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8G Nitro Motherboard: Asus PRIME B350+ Ram: 2x 8GB corsair DDR4 3000mhz CPU: AMD R5 1600 PSU: coolermaster v650

So when I turn on the power button i just hear 2 clicks in like 1 seconds and my PC is just not going on. all the lights on my motherboard are on. But the lights on my graphic card are not showing. Maybe somebody knows what it is based on those 2 fast "click" sounds.

what should i put under my pc to prevent the shaking of my table my HDD shakes and i just find it anoying becuase my keyboard and everything shakes a little bit because of that. any idea what i can put under my pc to prevent this ? thanks
