Well since its was doing that before I touched it, and its still doing the same thing after, pretty sure that is not the problem

My computer would randomly power off and now it won't turn back on. The power light is on and green but the cpu and my case led would turn on then immediately turn off. When i put my psu to a higher voltage, the power light is on and green, but the cpu led is red, no fans or my case led would...
