All is fixed now and i just have to wait for the message allowing me to upgrade to Win 11

Hello, I was manually changing from mbr to get and I couldn't find any partitions on disk 0 and I followed several solutions from various websites, but non of them work and now I'm stuck on what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.
