Stock cooler for the case or the cpu? If so i changed both to faster, better coolers. Im using the corsair Full tower. I believe its called the obsidian. And I think i worked with PBO a little bit but not in any great detail

I can check the guide but I've been through countless different optimization stuff ingame. I still cant get past 130 most of the time. But it's not just Cod. this happens in Apex, R6, and plenty of other games.
