Temporary solution! Update on my situation. Today I tried to make my PC stable at least when I play games and after few hours of playing with MSI afterburner I couldn't get it to be stable in heaven benchmark (it ran for 1-2 min and then crash at it's best), but in Forza Horizon 4 it was stable...

Just found this post on this forum. https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/replacement-psu.3564064/ He's having same problem so it most likely is PSU. But this guy was saying something about kernel 41 error I'll look up on internet how to find those errors maybe i have one as well.

Well the fan is working i think just fine, every time i look at it it works, it's hard to check if i do GPU test because it restarts as soon as it gets under load, probably because GPU sucks 300W (lol) and if it is PSU fault it can't handle that, i guess, don't know I could check for viruses...

CPU test on cinebench went fine, after 2 runs max. CPU temp. was 56C. Then i downloaded Heaven, it ran for half a second and then PC restarted.
