Well that's a bummer, but I can't complain since I got it for a really good price and if I want something with similar specs it would be 50% more then what I paid for this so I guess it's fine. Thanks again for you time!

Btw the way if CPU is not 4.0 capable that means even if the motherboard hypothetically had 4.0 capabilities that it wouldn't be 4.0 speeds for lets say the SSD or the GPU correct? I'm not the best at these things just trying to be super clear haha.
