the computer does not have any fans, it shut off without any warning, screen went black.

the battery is non-removable.

i have an HP stream 13 that ive had for not too long, i plugged in an external disk drive via usb, and the whole thing shuts down and wont turn back on, every time i hit the power button, it turns on for like half a second then turns back off. i even let it charge for a bit before trying again...

Does anyone know where i can find the directory for system driver files? i really need to copy them onto a USB flash drive so i can use them on my other HDD soon to replace my current one (that is if i can copy driver files at all). I am currently using Windows 10.
